There have been 7 sponsorship responses so far totaling $4,700. Zach was adding all of the new sponsors to the website today.
Goals:
Print 1,000 bookmarks prior to the beginning of May (to be distributed at the library and Town and Country Days). Additional will be printed as needed
Print 200 brochures to be made available at the Lake Mills Farmers Market starting in May
Wrap up all sponsorships by the end of May
Make sure all of the LM Rotarians receive a copy of the brochure for the run within the next week so they can review the sponsorship opportunities as well as know how to sign up for the run. They can also forward this to non-Rotarians who might be interested in raising funds for the Lake Mills Library expansion.
A reminder that the next meeting will be Wednesday, April 15th. We will be picking up garbage for the 2 mile stretch from Hwy G north of Lake Mills up to Rock Lake Road. Afterward we will swing by the brewery for some camaraderie.
