President Anita Martin brought the meeting to order at 12:20pm. Pledge of Allegiance and 4 Way Test recited. Nineteen Rotarians were in attendance plus one Rotarian on Zoom. Five student Rotarians were also in attendance.
Addison and Emma (Lakeside Lutheran HS) gave their fun facts. Sophie (Lake Mills HS) recited the 4 way test. Clara and Brianna (Lake Mills HS) introduced themselves.

The bench in memory of Ken Stetson will be ordered by the city parks department. More info will be available when bench arrives.
Discussed fencing repair at the pickle balls courts. City staff met with Lemke Fencing last week. Quote has not been received as of today. Carmen, Anita, school staff, City Parks staff will meet on April 22 to discuss sunshades for Rotary dugouts.
Digger at Rotary Park discussed. Replacement cost is $1,000. Will discuss at next Rotary Board meeting (budget item or ask for donations). At this time, the city has a lot of unexpected expenses.
Concession stand: waiting to see paperwork for the agreement with the city. Need to check with city to see if another organization can run concession stand. Will need answer soon. Still looking for volunteer scheduler. 8 hour food manager course is required by the County, the training is online and cost will be covered by Rotary. Need 20 people to work 2-3 shifts. Todd L. made teams for Soccer last season. Decision will need to be made by the Board.
Fun Dog Show is April 25 at Commons Park. Need only a few volunteers. Volunteers will meet for 10 minutes after next week’s meeting.
Post Prom posters have been distributed. Schools have been contacted. Sign up to volunteer or donate baked goods. Plenty of gift cards received.
Blood Drive is tomorrow. Volunteers are in place.
Road side clean up is tomorrow, weather permitting. Sandee will send email to those that have signed up. Clean up will be next Wednesday if tomorrow’s weather is not good. Also, make sure to watch video. Also ticks are bad this year so protect yourself. Any questions, please contact Sandee 1 920-988-0452.
Foundation meeting is next Tuesday, April 21 at 7am at Agency Insurance. All are invited to attend.
Scholarship Committee: Ed H. sent email today with important info. Plan to have meeting Sunday, April 26 or Monday, April 27 at Ed’s house. We have 35 applicants from Lake Mills HS and 2 from Lakeside Lutheran HS. If you have any questions, please contact Ed at 920-988-1870.
