Need volunteers for check in and general supervision. Dogs need to be people friendly. Anita will bring leather leashes. Check in people will let participants know not to use long leads.
  • Concession stand: Anita contacted St. Paul’s Outreach group, and they are willing to help. Their group will discuss at their next meeting. Anita will follow up with Scott Filler, who chairs the St. Paul Outreach committee. Club would need a scheduling person(s) if Club decides to do Spring/Summer concessions; this could be split, one person scheduling for June games and another scheduling for July games. Might be manageable to be open only one day each week during June-July season. Possibly Lake Mills Rotary Club will decide to do only Fall concessions. No decision made at this time about June/July concessions; await decision by St. Pauls’s. Will said the Club needs to decide whether to host Spring/Summer concessions. Will volunteered to reach out to Watertown Club to see how they do their concessions. Food manager’s certificate is needed. May need to reach out to other clubs. 20 of the 54 Rotarians typically take shifts; approximately 60 shifts total for the season. Manageable to open only one day each week. Possibly only do fall concessions. No discussion at meeting today until decision made by St. Paul’s.
  • Post Prom: Amy L.  schedule volunteers. Schools have been notified that John B. and Ed H. are contacts for the party. Rotary has provided several gift cards; what’s needed now is volunteers to work the night of the party and Rotarians to bring baked goods and snacks.
