President Anita Martin brought the meeting to order at 12:15pm. Pledge of Allegiance and 4 Way Test recited. Twenty three Rotarians were in attendance. Guest (Mary Ann Jackson), and 2 student Rotarians were also in attendance.

Great to see Denny H. back. He thanked the doctors after he suffered a heart attack.
Stone Soup – Janine F. and Beth N. thanked those who participated. Pictures are on Facebook. Thank you to Drake D. for getting things done behind the scenes. Thank you to Dean W. for donating his home-made Christmas trees. $1,400 + canned goods to local food pantry. A thank you note was received from Legendary Lake Mills for serving soup during tree lighting.
Nominations: 3 at-large board members are still needed for 2026-2027. Amy L. nominated herself to continue as at-large member. Second by Janine. Motion carried. This is a great opportunity to make a difference.

Rotary has received requests (Rainbow Community Care and Community Work Service) for donations. Requests will be brought to Board on January 6.
Thank you received from UW-Foundation End Alzheimer’s initiative. Rotary donated $6,628.81. This donation came from the proceeds of the 5K Run.
Cupid Pickle Ball info from the Rotary Club of Black River Falls. $40 per player. Guaranteed 5 games. Rotarians should have received flyer with specific info.
Vibrant Club meeting will be held in Black River Falls on January 10 from 9am-1pm.
Friendship Exchange with Kenya Africa. Cost is $1,000 plus train and other expenses. Limited slots available.
Rotary Night Meeting Christmas party tonight at Pyramid Event Venue. All Lake Mills Rotarians are invited including Jefferson Club Rotarians. Begins at 5:30pm with pizza served at 6pm. $1 per drink will be donated to Lake Mills Rotary Club. No night meeting tomorrow (December 17).
$1,970 for 60 families was donated to Adopt a Family. Last year, $1,930 was donated.
The Lake Mills Market has a Christmas tree with tags asking for donations for the Mill.
Lake Mills High School Show Choir performed several songs and danced today at noon meeting.
